Children

The main version of the Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Section 22580, minors using the Website can have content that they upload removed subject to certain exceptions. Company will remove content or information posted by a minor unless: (1) it was posted by a third party; (2) state or federal law require operator to maintain it or (3) Company anonymizes the content or information.

Company does track its users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Analytics Information

Choice Blooms® uses third-party analytic tools to assist us in determining the usage and online traffic trends for our Website. The tools that we use obtain information sent from your device to our Service. Information obtained includes the web pages that you 4 visit, pages liked, products purchased, and other related information. Collection of this information assists us in improving Choice Blooms®. We collect and use analytics information from you and other users in a manner that will not allow the identification of any particular user.

Log File Information

Metadata

Metadata is information that comes in the form of descriptive, structural, or administrative and provides data about information. Choice Blooms® users may be able to metadata to their content in the form of a hashtag, geolocation tag, comment, or other information. The purpose of adding metadata is to make user’s content more locatable by other users searching Choice Blooms®.

Ways Information May Be Used

Choice Blooms® may use information that we obtain to facilitate your use of our site; record your login information to prevent you from having to input it each time you want to enter Choice Blooms®; provide content tailored for your use; examine the effectiveness of Choice Blooms®; beta test new products and services; monitor 5 Choice Blooms® user traffic; identify and correct WEBSITE issues; and update Choice Blooms® on your device.

Safeguarding CHOICE BLOOMS User Information

Choice Blooms® cannot guarantee the security of any information that you submit. Also, Choice Blooms® cannot guarantee that information submitted will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

Other Disclosures

After you voluntarily share your information, please be advised that the public may be able to re-publish that information and continue to share it with others. Also, despite your removal of content or information, other users or third parties may have saved or copied your content or information.

Company will disclose Personally-Identifying information under the following circumstances:

By Law or to Protect Rights – Company discloses Personally-Identifying Information when required to do so by law, or in response to a subpoena or court order, or when Company believes in its sole discretion that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Company, third parties or the public at large.

Marketing Communications

If a user opts-in to receive Company marketing materials upon registration, Company will email users about products and services that Company believes may be of interest to them. Company will also provide users’ email information to third parties, so that those third parties may directly contact 6 users about additional products and services. If a user wishes to opt-out of having their email information provided to third parties at any time after registration, they may do so by sending Company an email at hello@choiceblooms.com. Even after opting-out, a user may continue to receive marketing emails from third parties to whom Company already has provided the user’s email information. Users will be responsible for directly contacting such third parties to request cessation of further marketing emails.

Business Transfers; Bankruptcy

Company reserves the right to transfer all Personally-Identifying Information in its possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of Company’s assets. Other than to the extent ordered by bankruptcy or other court, the use and disclosure of all transferred Personally-Identifying Information will be subject to this Privacy Policy, or to a new privacy policy if you are given notice of that new privacy policy and are given an opportunity to affirmatively opt-out of it. Personally-Identifying Information submitted or collected after a transfer, however, may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor organization.

Contests, Giveaways, and Surveys

From time to time, Company may offer Website users the opportunity to participate in contests, giveaways, and other promotions. California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
