Q: Jessy,  What is your cannabis consumption ritual if you have one? 

I don't normally have a "ritual" but I do enjoy the process of rolling a joint very much.

Q: How does music go with your consumption ritual?

Music enhances all experiences in life just like cannabis! 

Q: What is your favorite go-to yoga to do while high? or is that a bad idea?

 Haha, well I'm a functional stoner and a seasoned practitioner so my favorite go-to yoga when I'm high is Vinyasa Flow lvl 2-3. I recognize most people opt for more relaxing and chilled out yoga while high, but I only like to do that when my energy is low.
